14 years old, distilled 1st June 2000, 58.0% abv, refill ex-bourbon hogshead, 287 bottles

Vinegar, vanilla, malt, salted peanut and currants. The mouthfeel is light and sharp, with little cling. The body has cinnamon, wafer biscuits, and a little light caramel. The finish is sweet and long cinnamon, vanilla and wafer biscuits.

Water brings out thin, short-lived whorling that quickly turns to brief mottling. The nose now has a little peach. The body has gained rose water and apricot. The finish is unchanged.

A very nice dram, but there are lots of flavours all at the same level - a devil to write tasting notes for. A good dram for a dessert.
