SMWS 10.125 - Charred sticks in a honey potThe nose has sea breezes, vanilla and light crisp peat smoke. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has honey, peat smoke, and a hint of vanilla. The finish is smoke, with undertones of vanilla and smoke.

Water brings out tight, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains some hints of orange and fennel. The body gains fennel. The finish is unchanged.

A very nice dram for autumn nights. Bonfire night, anyone?
