The nose has rosewater and rose wine, then a little cherry blossom and fennel. The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has cherry, fennel, turkish delight and a little watch oil. The finish is cherry and rosewater.
Water brings out tight, thin whorling that expands rapidly and then lingers briefly without mottling. The nose gains artificial strawberry, and loses a little of the cherry. The body gains strawberry but the cherry is still present - and the watch oil is a little more prominent. The finish gains strawberry.
A dram for spring picnics.
Technical score: 4.5/5
Personal preference: I'd have another dram.
