The nose has runny honey, lemon, and hints of grapefruit. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has honey, lemon, toffee, grapefruit and a hint of kiwi fruit. The finish is lemon and toffee, with a hint of vanilla.

Water brings out thick whorling that spreads rapidly and settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose gains grapefruit and hints of papaya. The body gains papaya and little hints of vanilla. The finish gains grapefruit and loses a little of the toffee.

A wonderful flavoursome dram. One for summer lunches.
