The nose has lemon, toffee and sage. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lemon, orange sherbet and hints of leather. The finish is lemon sherbet.

Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains leather and loses the toffee and sage. The body gains spicy notes - cinnamon and cloves dominating the lemon and leather underneath it. The finish is cloves and lemon.

A dram I preferred without water - but would still be a welcome thirst quencher on a warm spring afternoon.
