The nose has apricot yoghurt, cinnamon, caramel and brown sugar. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has caramel and cinnamon, with a touch of old tea crates. The finish is short, dominated by cinnamon.

Water bring out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose gains fresh oak and more tea notes. The body gains a little lemon and more of the tea chests. The finish gains the hint of lemon.

A decent springtime breakfast dram.
