The nose has lemon, lavender, vanilla and hints of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is thin, sharp and has no cling. The body gains sweet chilli and cinnamon, with hints of foamy bananas and flying saucers. The finish is short and dry - cinnamon and hints of lemon.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into lingering mottling. The nose now gains more lemon (now sherbet rather than juice) and loses the lavender. The body gains a little wood spice and more of the cinnamon. The finish is unchanged.

An attractive dram for hot summer days and a picnic.
