SMWS 112.36 - C'est chicThe nose has a flower shop, with hints of mint leaves. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling, but very velvety. The body has mango, papaya, flower shops, soft vanilla and ice-cream. Towards the finish cinnamon kicks in, and the finish has cinnamon, mango and mint-leaves.

Water brings out tight, thin whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains mango and loses the mint leaves. The body gains lemon and melons, and loses the mango. The finish gains more cinnamon.

Almost too spicy with water, but a superb set of of flavours.

One for summer mornings.

Technical score: 4/5

Personal preference: Just the one dram, thanks.
