The nose has peanut oil, soy sauce and hints of (surprise!) sherry. The mouthfeel is decent with some cling. The body has peanuts, almonds, hints of fudge and coconut. The finish is short - fudge and soy sauce.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains almonds and fudge, and loses some of the sherry. The body gains sherry and caramel, and loses the coconut. The finish gains a little sherry.

An easy-drinking dram for firesides on damp summer days.
