SMWS 12.15 - Flower power! The nose has flower stalls and dandelions, with a little hint of lime. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lemon and lime, dandelions, buttercups and then pot-pourri notes. The finish is lemon, lime and flower stalls.

Water brings out tight, thin whorling that lingers briefly as mottling. The nose gains two distinct floral notes - roses and lavender - but the smorgasbord of a flower stall is still there. The lime is also a little more pronounced. The body gains more lime and loses some of the pot-pourri. The finish gains more lime.

A fine dram for cold winter afternoons, to remind us that summer will come again.

Technical score: 4/5

Personal preference: I'd like a bottle.
