The nose has fruit notes at first - baked apples, oranges and hints of pear. There's also a little hint of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has baked apples, toffee, coriander, pastries and cinnamon. The finish is cinnamon and baked apples.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains more apple, hints of lemon and some ginger. The body gains ginger and hints of lemon. The finish gains lemon.

A very nice summer morning dram.
