SMWS 13.51 - Chocolate melting in the greenhouseThe nose has toffee, dandelion, and hints of lime. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling - quite juicy. The body has plums, cinnamon, chilli oil - not too hot, but some heat towards the back. The finish is short - cinnamon and chilli oil. Over time as it sat, that spicy finish built up considerably in its intensity.

Water brings out thin, rapidly spreading whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains lemon and loses some of the toffee. The body gains toasted oak and more of the cinnamon and chilli. The finish is similar.

A wonderful nose, but the body is too spicy for me.
