SMWS 13.54 - War-torn highlander looks out to sea...The nose has lemon, coriander, rose water and a hint of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is heavy with a little cling. The body has brunswick ham, leather satchels, lemon and a little cinnamon. The finish is cinnamon and coriander.

This is a very surprising dram - plenty of flavours to discover!

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into thin lingering mottling. The nose gains brown sugar and more cinnamon, and loses the coriander. The body gains black pepper and more cinnamon. The finish gains a little rosewater.

I have no idea how they got the name, nor what I'd call it instead. This somehow manages to hold a lot of very different flavours together, and is a great example of this distillery.
One for a tasting, to baffle friends with.
