The nose has fudge, dark chocolate and a little hint of rye bread. The mouthfeel is decent with no cling. The body has fudge, treacle, dark chocolate, raisins, leather tobacco pouches and a little nutmeg and ginger. The finish has fudge, ginger and leather tobacco pouches.

Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that dissipates quickly. The nose gains marmalade and nutmeg. The body gains toffee and loses some of the dark chocolate. The finish gains marmalade.

One for firesides in winter, and indulging yourself.
