SMWS 29.228 - Cooking with driftwoodThe nose has a gentle smoke from a seafood barbeque. There's also a hint of roast chestnuts. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has light smoke and coconut, and a little tar. The finish is light - gentle smoke and vanilla.

Water brings out thick whorling that rapidly expands and settles into lingering mottling. The nose gains seaweed. The body gains sea breezes and walnuts. The finish gains seaweed.

A light, sweet dram for shorelines.
