The nose has gentle smoke, hints of menthol and a little apricot. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has coconut, brine, toffee and a little smoke. The finish has brine and light smoke.

Water brings out tight, thin, slowly spreading whorling that settles into lingering mottling. The nose now gains lemon juice and a hint of lime. The body gains more lemon. The finish is unchanged.

A delicate dram, suited for seafood.
