20 years old, distilled 6th April 1995, 53.1% abv, Refill Ex-Bourbon Hogshead, 216 bottles

The nose has vanilla, brine, lime juice and hints of soft smoke. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lime, green tea, and vanilla. The finish has a little lime and soft smoke, but is short and sweet.

Water brings out thick whorling that settles quickly before dissipating. The nose gains green tea and more of the soft smoke, and loses some of the vanilla. The body gains more fruit notes - mango and melon. The finish is sweeter, gaining mango and losing a little smoke.

A lovely light dram - for hot summer's days at the beach.
