The nose has crisp dry bonfire smoke, tea crates, and a hint of vanilla sweetness. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has vanilla and the bonfire smoke, and a little lemon and salted caramel. The finish is more of that bonfire smoke.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains hints of lemon. The body has more lemon and some caramelised brown sugar. The finish is unchanged.

A dram for the end of summer's evenings.
