The nose has orange peel, baked apples, damson and crumble topping. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has toffee, orange zest, cinnamon, ginger, and a little bit of spiced rum. The finish is orange zest, ginger and toffee.
Water brings out thin, compact whorling that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose gains more baked apple, and toffee. The body gains more of the cinnamon and some nutmeg. The finish is unchanged.
