The nose has vanilla, fudge and a hint of peppermint. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has vanilla, oak, fudge and pears. The finish has pears and vanilla.

Water brings out thin, compact worling that settles into very brief mottling. The nose gains more vanilla and peppermint. The body gains more soft fudge and pears, with the oak slightly diminished. The finish gains more peppermint.

A very nice dram for summer evenings.
