The nose has stewed apples, peaches and plums with a little hint of lavender. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has apple, plums and growing chilli spices. The finish is apples and chilli spice - not too hot, but present.
Water brings out thin, compact whorling that settles into lingering mottling. The nose gains cinnamon, lemon and loses the peaches. The body gains cinnamon and more chill, and loses the plums. The finish gains cinnamon and chilli.
Not really my kind of dram, too spicy.
Technical score: 3/5
Personal preference: Just the one dram, thanks.
