The nose has pineapple, candied orange cake decorations, strawberries and vanilla. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has citrus (lime, lemon), strawberry, and then pineapple and ginger towards the finish. The finish itself is short - pineapple, lemon, ginger.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that dissipates quickly. The nose gains more fruit - green apples, apricots. The body is also fruitier, with blood oranges and more ginger. The finish gains crystallised ginger and a little more lemon.

A superb dram for crisp, bright winter's days - to remind you that the warmth of summer will arrive sooner than you think.
