The nose has greenhouses, icing sugar and hints of strawberry. The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has lemon, sweet chilli and ginger. The finish is white pepper and ginger.

Water brings out thin, short lived whorling that settles quickly before dissipating. The nose now gains vanilla and beeswax, and loses the icing sugar and strawberry hints. The body has beeswax, hints of lemon and crystallised ginger. The finish is ginger and hints of lemon.

A fine dessert dram.
