15 years old, distilled 1st June 2000, 57.0% abv, refill ex-bourbon hogshead, 300 bottles

The nose has flying saucers, grapefruit, wicker furniture, pine needles and a hint of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is thin and very smooth, with little cling. The body has pine, orange zest, sherbet dip, lavender and lemon. The finish has lemon and wicker work.

Water brings out thick whorling that spreads rapidly and dissipates quickly. The nose now has a little wood sap and buttercups, and has lost the fruit notes. The body gains vanilla and coconut, loses the lavender and orange zest. The finish has lavender and lemon but loses the wicker work.
