The nose has strawberries and melon with hints of roses. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has melon, mango, pineapple, and hints of kiwi fruit and rhubarb. The finish is a continuation of the fruit.
Adding water - reluctantly - brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that dissipates quickly. The nose gains mango and pineapple, and loses the roses. The body gains honey and hints of cinnamon. The finish gains the same honey and hint of cinnamon.
This is a fruit bomb, and holds the explosion together remarkably well. One for summer afternoons.
Technical score: 4/5
Personal preference: I'd like a bottle.
