11 years old, distilled 4th March 2005, 59.3% abv, First Fill Ex-Bourbon Barrel, 192 bottles

The nose has pineapple, lemon and freshly cut grass, and hints of oak. Mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has cut grass, pineapple, green apple, peach, and a hint of rosemary. The finish has rosemary and pineapple juice.

Water brings out thin whorling that expands rapidly and settles into brief mottling. The nose gains pine needles, and hints of eucalyptus, but loses the pineapple. The body has gained lime and pine needles, and loses the pineapple and green apple. The finish also gains pine needles.

A decent dram for bright winter's days.
