SMWS 4.220 - Pizza on the beachThe nose has an initially floral hit - honeysuckle and buttercups - then toffee and pineapple, followed by a hint of mustard. Quite unusual! The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has olive oil, rosemary, thyme, then citrus sweetness (lemons) and a hint of demerara sugar. The finish is lemon, pineapple juice and a little rosemary.

Water - not that I want to add any - brings out thick, expanding whorling that settles into mottling briefly. The nose loses the floral notes, but gains more pineapple and some kiwi fruit. The body loses the rosemary, but gains more citrus. The finish is unchanged.

A stonker. I have no idea when I'd drink it - but I'm sure I'd drink it.
