The nose has maple smoked bacon, vanilla ice cream and a hint of caramel. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has caramel, maple syrup, and coal smoke. The finish is coal smoke and caramel.

Water brings out thin short lived whorling that barely mottles. The nose now has more smoke, and loses the vanilla ice cream. The body has lost the maple syrup, and gained a little sultana. The finish is shorter with less smoke.

A summer evening dram.
