The nose has raisins, shoreline breezes and a little stewed rhubarb. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has raisins, salted caramel, oysters a little hint of peanut. The finish has sea breezes and salted caramel.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles briefly as mottling. The nose gains caramel and a hint of lemon. The body gains more salted caramel and some lemon. The finish gains lemon.

An autumnal dram for the outdoors. One for a hipflask and a day of exploration!
