SMWS 46.47 - Mexican BreakfastThe nose has soft toffee, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, and a little fennel. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has more ginger, cinnamon, chilli, and hints of vinegar. The finish is short - ginger and cinnamon.

Water brings out thick, compact whorling that doesn't spread much but does settle into brief mottling. The nose has more ginger, and hints of cloves. The body gains more chilli, and hints of sulphur. The finish is unchanged.

An interesting sherry monster, but too spicy for me.
