The nose has toffee, caramel, banana and a hint of mint leaves. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has toffee, chilli, fresh oak and hints of rosewater. The finish is chilli and toffee. The chilli notes build with repeated tasting - quite uncomfortable.
Water brings out thin, rapidly spreading whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains lemon and grassiness, and removes the banana. The body loses some of the chilli, gains lime and completely loses the fresh oak. The finish is unchanged.
For a sip, it's fine - but that building chilli kills it for me.
