The nose has pears, pineapple, and hints of exotic wood - cedarwood? The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has cedarwood, pears, soft toffee and cinnamon. The finish is cinnamon and pears.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains more of the cedar wood and some balsa wood, and loses the pineapple. The body gains camphor and balsa wood, and a little more cinnamon. The finish gains more cinnamon.

A decent dram for an aperitif.
