The nose has lemon, lime, candied orange slices and a hint of mint leaves. The mouthfeel is decent, but with no cling. The body has fruit pastilles, sherbet lemons and rocket. The finish is quiet - lemon, candied oranges and hints of rocket.
Water brings out thin whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose has lost some of the citrus, but gained a floral note and peaches. The body also gains peaches, and completely loses the rocket. The finish does the same - now lemon and peaches.
A superb summer morning dram.
