The nose has an immediate and impressive impact - fruits (lime, cherries, apple, pineapple, hard pears) and a hint of cleaning fluid underneath it all. The mouthfeel is decent, but doesn't coat. The body has Thai spices, cinnamon, pineapple and some soft gooey caramel. The finish is short, with wood spices and a little peach.
Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into lasting mottling. The nose now has a softness, and loses the cleaning fluid note. The body has more spice notes, but has lost the fruits. The finish loses the peach.
A decent dram with a good balance of spice and fruit, but I'd avoid water.
