The nose has stewed apples, sweet floral notes and hints of lemon sherbet. The mouthfeel is thin, with no cling. The body is light - lemon sherbet, lime juice, green apples, and a hint of pear. The finish is lemon sherbet and lime juice.
Water brings out tight, thin, rapidly expanding whorling that slowly settles into lingering mottling. The nose gains more stewed apples and a little less of the floral notes. The body has more of the pears and stewed apples, less of the lemon and lime. The finish sees pear and lime.
A great summer's day dram.
