The nose is delightfully fruity - lemon sherbet, peaches and green apples with a hint of ginger. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has more of the lemon, apples and peaches from the nose, before it moves towards ginger and white pepper. The finish is short, with lemon sherbet.
Water brings out thick, lazy whorling that lingers for quite some time but never quite mottles. The nose now has a little more of the apples and the lemon is now more like cloudy lemonade than lemon sherbet. The body also moves towards lemonade, and away from the ginger and white pepper. The finish is now a little less aggressive, again with the lemon moving towards lemonade from the previous sherbet.
