The nose has maple syrup and cinder toffee, with hints of honey. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has brown sugar, maple syrup, and hints of cinder toffee that moves towards a heavy orange note at the finish. The finish is cinder toffee and oranges.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains oranges and hints of cinnamon, and loses the honeyed note. The body loses the cinder toffee, replaced with oranges, cinnamon and more maple syrup. The finish is oranges and cinnamon spice.
