SMWS 5.56 - Apples and pears on the boughThe nose has peach and orange, with a little hint of rose water. It evokes a strong childhood memory of peach melba yoghurts... The mouthfeel is thin and very smooth, but has no cling. The body has cinnamon, honey, and hints of cloves. The finish is cinnamon and cloves with a hint of honey.

Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose now gains pineapple and more orange, but loses some of the peach. The body has gained oranges and loses some of the cinnamon. The cloves are gone, but the honey remains. The finish loses the cloves and gains oranges.

A dinner dram. (Three courses, hopefully!)
