The nose has fudge, honey and a freshly opened packet of wine gums. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has honey, oranges, apples and a little cinnamon and cardamom. The finish is honey and oranges with cardamom.

Water brings out thick, compact and shortly lived whorling. The nose gains more oranges and loses the fudge. The body gains more orange and cardamom, and loses the apple notes. The finish gains a little cinnamon.

A very good dram for warm summer afternoons.
