Orange zest, melon, coconut, kiwi fruit on the nose. The mouthfeel is full but not coating. The body has sandalwood, green apples, kiwi fruit, and coconut. The finish has green apples, kiwi fruit and a touch of vanilla.
Water brings out thin whorling that quickly dissipates into lasting mottling. The nose has gained toffee. The body gains ginger, pepper, sultanas and beeswax. The finish gains cinnamon and aniseed.
A superb whisky that reveals more with each sip, and changes pleasantly with water.
