The nose has Turkish Delight, cherries, pine and a hint of lavender. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has strawberry, rosewater, cherries and a brown sugar note. The finish is lavender, vanilla ice-cream and pine.

Water brings out thin, short lived whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose has more pine and less Turkish Delight. The body loses the cherries and brown sugar and gains lavender and more strawberry. The finish is unchanged.

A superb dram for any occasion.
