The nose has orange chew sweets, damson and marshmallow. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has orange chew sweets, toffee, rough leather and hints of ginger. The finish has oranges, rough leather and ginger.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles without mottling. The nose gains more damson and loses some of the orange notes. The body gains more ginger and toffee. The finish gains ginger.
A lovely nose, but building ginger meant I wasn’t that pleased with it.

One for autumn evenings.
