The nose has honey, banana, maple syrup and marzipan. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has pineapple and marzipan with plenty of vanilla and a little cinnamon towards the finish. The finish has cinnamon, marzipan and a little maple syrup.

Water brings out thin, compact whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains pineapple and pears, and loses the maple syrup. The body gains pineapple, oats and cinnamon. The finish gains more cinnamon, some pineapple and loses the maple syrup.

This is a lovely light summer dram for those hot afternoons in the shade...
