12 years old, distilled 26th May 2004, 59.8% abv, First-Fill Ex-Bourbon Barrel, 228 bottles

The nose has banana, pineapple juice, and a little charred oak. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has tinned pineapple, peaches, mango, passion fruit, and then moves quickly to bran cereal and oak. The finish is pineapple juice and cinnamon.

Water brings out thick whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains passion fruit and mango, and loses the charred oak. The body has lost the bran and oak. The finish is unchanged.

A treat for the thirsty on a summer's evening.
