The nose has pear, vanilla, and hints of fennel. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has pear, white pepper and caramel - with the pepper gradually becoming dominant. The finish is short - fruit notes dominated by white pepper.
Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into lingering mottling. The nose gains floral hints and white pepper. The body gains more white pepper and some vanilla. The finish is unchanged.
Far too peppery for me, I'm afraid.
