SMWS 66.122 - Never-ending lazy lunchThe nose has honey roasted pork and barbeque flavoured crisps. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has mixed nuts, roast pork and more of that barbeque sauce note from the nose. The finish is barbeque sauce and mixed nuts.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles briefly into mottling. The nose gains some vinegar and loses the honey roasted notes. The body gains cinder toffee, and towards the end it has coffee grounds. The finish gains cinder toffee and hints of vinegar, and loses the nuts.

A very good lightly peated dram - one for shorelines on summer evenings.

Technical score: 4/5

Personal preference: I'd have another dram.
