The nose has vanilla, balsa wood, coconut and hints of berries. The mouthfeel is thin with very little coating or expansion. The body has more flavours - it explodes after a moment, giving watermelon, coconut oil (aftersun lotion?), banana and grilled pineapple. The finish has toffee, coconut and vanilla.
Water brings tight, thin whorling that expands momentarily, leaving mottling for a brief moment before vanishing. The nose has a bit of white pepper, which dominates the fruity notes. The body has more white pepper, pineapple, coconut... But again I find the pepper dominant. The finish is toffee, coconut oil and a hint of white pepper.
An interesting dram that turns suddenly warm with water.
