The nose has vanilla, lemon, rough leather and hints of green apple. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has cucumber, lemon and hints of green apple - a very light palate. The finish is sweet with lemon, vanilla and green apple.

Water brings out thick, heavy whorling that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose now gains grassiness. The body gains melon, and the finish gains grassiness.

Quite a watery dram, so definitely a summer's day experience.
