The nose has lemon, pineapple, grassiness and green apples. The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has wood notes - both oiled wood and some wood spices (cinnamon especially), with hints of lemon and pineapple in the background. The finish is cinnamon and nutmeg.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that lingers briefly before dissipating. The nose gains more pineapple and apples, and less lemon. The body has gained pineapple and lost the wood spices, making it less prickly. The finish is still cinnamon but loses the nutmeg and gains pineapple and vanilla.

A great dram for a long day of cricket watching.
