The nose has exotic wood notes, cinnamon and soft toffee in the background. The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has cinnamon, chilli powder, and white pepper. The finish is very brief - cinnamon and soft caramel.
Water brings out tight, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains caramel and hints of fruit. The body gains even more spices - cardamom and a more dominant cinnamon. The finish gains more cinnamon.
A spicy dram that might go well with ice-cream.
